The restaurant is opened first of all for our guests.
In the morning we offer a rich breakfast buffet containing home-made cake specialities and bread, seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheese and ham, self-made jam and honey from our bees.
In the evening we propose a 4-course menu accompanied by water and house wine. Some bottled wines from the wine-growers in the neighbourhood are also available.
We serve you typical Tuscany dishes paying particular attention to the quality of the ingredients which come either from our own kitchen garden or the farms from the surrounding hills.
Most dishes like tortelli maremmani (Tuscany pasta filled with ricotta cheese), bread, pasta and cake are home-made using organic ingredients and ancient grain varieties.
On request we organize barbecues and theme dinners.
