A rich and delicious breakfast awaits you every morning: freshly prepared cakes, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cheese, sausage, various jams and honey from our own apiary let you start the day full of energy. In the evening we offer (only) for our house guests a multi-course menu. The menu changes every day – but it is always typical Tuscan dishes, with a modern interpretation and very, very tasty! Our chef is happy to indulge you and also creates tasty dishes for vegetarians, vegans, allergy sufferers and people with food intolerances.
Zero kilometer quality
We attach great importance to high-quality and seasonal products. Wherever possible, we process our own food (fruit, vegetables, oil, pasta, etc.).
If we have to buy something, we try to do so with a zero-kilometre strategy, i.e. we buy as close to our location as possible, as is the case with wine or basic foodstuffs for the kitchen.
Do you know what the Maremmani tortelli, the pasta, the cakes and our bread have in common? They are all made from high-quality, organically produced ingredients and ancient grains. We are one of the initiators of the Sterpaia project, which was founded to produce cereals of the highest quality and nutritional value, using nature gently and respectfully as a sustainable and healthy basis. Today, we can carefully process the grain in our own mill and so offer you a food that is good for nature and good for the consumer. You can see that and you can taste it too.
